It is obvious that Marit Therese Rognmo and Erik Gjømle love each other. Who else would walk and climb to the top of the Vasstinden mountain in Northern Norway, 3000 feet (900 meters) above sea level, 70 degrees north, to take their wedding photos?
On Saturday 9 July, the happy bride and groom married in the city of Tromsø. On Tuesday 12 July, they walked and climbed to the top of the Vasstinden mountain, with wedding dresses, a friend of the bride and a photographer.
– We are both very fond of walking in the mountains, both in summer and winter time. We have been repeatedly visiting Vasstinden and it has been really enjoyable trips, says Marit Therese to iTromsø.no.

Photographer Stan Sedjukov who has taken the pictures, is proud of the end result.
– It was, as I told the married couple, one of the heaviest workdays I have ever experienced. However, it was definitely worth it, says the very talented photographer.
Now, the couple are on honeymoon. The journey ends with a trip to the mountains in Chamonix, a département in the Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France.
