14 oz. (400 g) sautéed reindeer
1 red onion
1.5 cloves of garlic
1 handful of fresh basil leaves
1.57 inches (4 cm) fresh ginger
1 handful of cashews
6 baby corn
4 tablespoons quark
1 handful sprouts
4 whole wheat tortillas
Mince the onion, garlic, basil and ginger. Chop nuts and cut vegetables into strips.
Brown meat in oil on high heat, add nuts, vegetables, ginger and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Add basil, curd and sprouts. Heat the tortillas for a few seconds on each side in a hot pan. Fill them and roll tightly. Tie a jute thread around and serve.
