From April to October, Oslo offers its citizens and tourists bicycles for rent. For 12 dollars, you can use the city bikes all you want throughout the season. You can by the card at the tourist information office.
There are over 1000 bikes placed across the city and it is very popular among the inhabitants of Oslo.
Clear Channel Norway is responsible for operating and maintenance of the bicycles and racks.
You can follow status and capacity on the Internet or at the bicycle stations.
If you are planning a trip to Oslo, we recommend the city bikes as transportation. It is cheap, healthy and environmental. It is also the best way to get around and explore Oslo just as the locals do.
