Madonna Visits Norway – 2012 World-Tour

Among big cities like London, Paris and Tel Aviv, world superstar Madonna has decided to visit Oslo during her 2012 world-tour.

The last time she played in Norway was in 2009 when she sold 80.000 tickets. Only two other bands have played for that many people: Bruce Springsteen and The E-Street Band in 2008 and Pink Floyd in 1994, both at Valle Hovin Arena.

This time, Madonna is going to perform at Telenor Arena, just 10 minutes outside Oslo on August 15th. The modern concert arena can manage up to 22.500 people and it is the biggest in-door arena in Oslo. It’s bound to be a sold-out concert – Norwegians just love Madonna!

Sources say that she chose Oslo because of the beautiful landscape and fjords, and that she the last time she was here didn’t see the whole beauty of it due to the cold and rainy weather.

We are looking forward to the superstar’s visit and are hoping for clear and sunny weather!
