Most Norwegians speak and write good English: We’ve grown up with American movies, TV-series, music and Coca Cola. Our children learn English from an early age, and we’re quite proud of our language skills.
But as you can see from the photo, most people obviously lack knowledge when it comes to some popular English abbreviations.
Norwegian Broadcasting News (NRK) showed this poster when they introduced a story about eye treatment for elderly people.
